For years, I carried everything quietly in my body.
Addiction. Trauma. Shame. Loss. Survival.

I did the therapy. I did the coaching. I did the “right” things.
But it wasn’t until rebirthing breathwork entered my life that things truly integrated.

Breathwork helped me soften toward the parts of myself I had rejected.
It helped me release what I’d been holding.
And it reconnected me to my upstairs self — the part of me that already knew the truth.

Now, I guide people through that same remembering.

what does a
breathwork
session look like? 

Rebirthing breathwork is a somatic, trauma-informed practice that works directly with the nervous system and subconscious.

Instead of trying to “figure it out,” we let the body lead.

In sessions, people often experience:

emotional release
clarity around long-standing questions
reconnection to intuition
forgiveness and integration
a sense of lightness, power, or deep calm
access to their upstairs self — beyond story and survival

This isn't meant to be a quick fix.

Real change happens through practice and repetition,
